Description We are looking for someone early in their career who is passionate about building, learning, and working with real hardware. If you enjoy tinkering, 3D printing, building circuits, taking things apart, and figuring out how they work, this role is for you. You will work directly with experienced engineers and play a key role in supporting production, building test systems, and solving real-world engineering problems on the factory floor. Requirements Create and maintain setup files for Juki SMT pick-and-place machines Translate engineering outputs (BOMs, Gerbers, CAD files) into manufacturing-ready machine programs Design and build test fixtures for PCB assemblies and electromechanical systems Develop and execute test plans and validation procedures Troubleshoot and debug electrical and mechanical systems in production Support prototype builds and engineering validation efforts Improve manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and repeatability Collaborate closely with engineering and production teams on technical challenges Hands-on experience in electronics, mechanical systems, or manufacturing (professional or personal projects) Familiarity with SMT processes or strong willingness to learn Ability to read or willingness to learn: Electrical schematics PCB layouts Mechanical drawings Experience building, debugging, or testing hardware systems Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow Background in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering (Degree not required—hands-on experience is more important) Experience with: 3D printing Altium Designer (or similar ECAD tools) SolidWorks or other CAD software Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
