JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead and supervise the team, providing technical guidance and performance management.
• Manage programs for specific products to meet customer requirements and expectations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability and process reliability of components and assemblies.
• Oversee the successful realization of new product projects
• Maintain and enhance strong customer relationships
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability and process reliability of components and assemblies.
• Plan and execute activities to prepare the organization for production and ramp-up readiness
• Communicate and document engineering changes for assigned products
• Drive and communicate cost-reduction and lead-time improvement initiatives with customers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability and process reliability of components and assemblies.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks/projects as and when assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent work accuracy and timeliness
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
