What You Will Do An Engineering professional responsible for designing, implementing, and reviewing the procedures involved in manufacturing processes. How You Will Do It Evaluate manufacturing processes based on quality criteria, such as efficiency and speed. Ability to do line-lay out study / Time study / motion study /Leam manufacturing process. Actively participate in SQ and New design or change process. Actively Involve new tooling set up and process set up in terms of operation methodology. OMS/ Process sheet. Study production and machine requirements. Develop and test effective automated and manual systems. Design and install equipment. Organize and manage manufacturing workflows and resources Integrate disparate systems (e.g. equipment handling, transport) Optimize facility layouts, production lines, machine operations and network performance. Resolve issues and delays in production. Find ways to reduce costs and maximize quality. Collaborate with other engineers, contractors and suppliers. Ensure that manufacturing procedures follow safety and environmental regulations. Smooth Coordination between CSD /Engineering /SCM / production and other cross functional team members. Upgrade systems and processes with new technology. Design and implement new production methods. Troubleshoot production issues and identify improvement areas. Monitor production metrics like cycle time, scrap rate, and efficiency. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow. Develop detailed process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Conduct process capability analysis and identify areas for improvement. Validate new process changes and ensure quality compliance. Train operators on new processes and procedures. Actively Participation for CI and Manufacturing Engineering. Based on Field failure CI Project and Initiation. Monthly CI Project completion charter needs to be published. Keep track record for CI Projects. What We Look For Degree in Engineering; post-graduate degree is a plus with 7-8 years of Experience. Previous experience as a manufacturing engineer or similar role. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, fabrication methods and tool design. Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and quality assurance techniques. Commitment to health and safety standards and environmental regulations. Well-versed in relevant software (e.g. CAD, MS Office). Ability to occasionally work late shifts. Degree in Engineering; post-graduate degree is a plus. Strong analytical skills to understand data and draw conclusions from it. Able to problem-solve when dealing with complex systems and processes. Takes initiative and takes charge without having to be told to take action. Knowledge of relevant technological, methodological and other disciplines related to manufacturing. Have leadership qualities, good communication and take feedback. Strong written communication skills. Awareness of ISO 9001: 2015 / EMS 14001:2015 & OHSMS 45001:2018.
