Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Ensure that manufacturing processes are capable of achieving and sustaining the design definition, and that processes are followed so that our parts conform to their specification (including sub-tier suppliers).
  • Promote a culture of zero defects and ensure that digital systems are developed and deployed to support Right First-Time manufacturing, guaranteeing product quality and conformity.
    · Develop, implement, validate, maintain and continuously improve manufacturing processes, digital systems and/or methods of manufacture which are capable of meeting and continue to meet requirements for safety, quality, cost, delivery rate and lead time. Capture, analyse and use data to demonstrate and improve the current and future capability of manufacturing processes.

  • Strong analytical skills with a proven track record in technical problem-solving, along with a solid understanding of Six Sigma / Lean methodologies.
  • Proficiency with manufacturing systems such as CAPP, MES, SAP, and technical documentation, with the ability to optimize production processes using these tools.
