With over 100 years in business, we are a reputable provider of gas and fluid control components for industrial and specialty gas systems. With locations in Cleveland and Pittsburgh, we are the only North American cylinder valve manufacturer. We are seeking a CNC Programmer/Engineer to join our growing team.

Responsibilities
  • Support of machining processes
  • Process layouts for any/all machining equipment, Preset drawings, Tooling designs
  • Design custom tools using AutoDesk Inventor
  • Select off-the-shelf tooling
  • Work with tool crib personnel to procure tooling
  • Program machining equipment
  • Design work-holding equipment using AutoDesk Inventor
  • Capital Equipment Procurement
  • Identify the need for capital equipment and justify the equipment and/or process
  • Manage the project from the original purchase order through implementation
  • Integrate the equipment/process into production
  • Develop work instructions for new and/or existing equipment/processes
  • Develop/modify product routers as necessary
  • Develop training methods for new processes/equipment
  • Training and testing of production floor associates
