POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re a rapidly growing medical device company seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on improving manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, and optimizing production efficiency. The role involves collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams to design and implement manufacturing systems that meet industry standards and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in medical device or pharmaceutical industries.
  • Strong proficiency in SolidWorks and mechanical design principles.
  • Familiarity with electromechanical systems and their manufacturing processes.
  • Knowledge of ISO 13485 and 21 CFR part 820 regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in aeronautical manufacturing is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for medical devices and electromechanical products.
  • Utilize SolidWorks for mechanical design and product development.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and 21 CFR part 820 standards throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, quality assurance, and production to ensure seamless product manufacturing.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of new manufacturing equipment and technologies.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
