THE IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE

Join us at Danfoss Editron and help shape the future of sustainable power solutions. We design and manufacture advanced electric drivetrains that power buses, trucks, marine vessels, and off-highway equipment — and we’re looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to help ensure our production is efficient, competitive, and ready for the future

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a candidate who can combine technical expertise with a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Ideally, you have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technology – or a qualified technician background with relevant supplementary courses.
  • 1–5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, production technology, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, PFMEA, PPAP, ISO/TS requirements, and root cause problem-solving.
  • Skills in SAP, TeamCenter, AutoCAD 2D, and standard MS Office tools.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

In this position, you will be a driving force in optimizing production processes, supporting new product introductions, and ensuring robust, high-quality manufacturing. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost efficiency — all while meeting customer demands on time.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Lead and participate in production-related projects, including new product implementations and equipment investments (CAPEX).
  • Develop and optimize core manufacturing processes to eliminate waste and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure production equipment and processes meet all safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (safety, scrap reduction, OEE, cost-down activities).
  • Provide technical support for equipment, tooling, and maintenance planning.
  • Collaborate with suppliers on technical issues.
