$105,000–$135,000 W/ Bonus
Full-time, On-site | 8AM-5PM
We’re hiring a Senior Manufacturing Engineer located near Linden, NJ to lead validation and process improvement efforts in a regulated manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for an experienced, hands-on engineer who enjoys mentoring and working with cross-functionally teams to support new equipment implementation, reduce non-conformances, and improve manufacturing capability and efficiency. This is not a siloed role — you’ll wear multiple hats and make a visible impact on the team.

What you will do:

  • Write, execute, and document equipment validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ)
  • Lead implementation of new manufacturing equipment (including vendor coordination and installation support)
  • Develop and document experiments for process development or improvement
  • Lead root cause investigations and reduce non-conformances
  • Identify and implement process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma principles
  • Support statistical analysis (process capability, DOE, gage R&R)
  • Work with machinists and operators to troubleshoot issues on the floor
  • Improve work instructions and visual aids to align with drawing and spec requirements
  • Participate in morning team meetings and daily problem-solving
  • Review customer prints and support manufacturability feedback
  • Collaborate with quality and production teams to ensure compliance and efficiency

Manufacturing Engineer Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment—preferably aerospace, automotive, pharma, or medical device
  • ERP experience a plus (IQMS preferred; SAP or similar acceptable)
  • Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma are beneficial
  • Able to lead projects and mentor a team cross functionally
  • Proficient in SolidWorks (AutoCAD or similar CAD tools)
  • Validation support to write and execute protocols (Gage R&R)
