Join us at the forefront of innovation as a Manufacturing Engineer supporting the exciting launch of our new facility in Jonesville, SC. For the first 18 months, you'll be a key member of the PDRD manufacturing operations team, driving the implementation of a major $340M capital expansion project. Once the project is successfully launched, this role will transition to the local site team, where you'll continue to support ongoing operations and help shape the future of manufacturing at the site. In this role you will: Lead cross-functional projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals. Manage project metrics, budgets, and forecasts to ensure performance visibility and financial accuracy. Oversee supplier and contractor relationships, including contract negotiation, pricing, and warranty terms. Develop equipment specifications and evaluate vendors for optimal selection and performance. Support facility planning initiatives such as expansions, consolidations, and asset management processes. Drive implementation of new product manufacturing with a focus on lean principles and continuous improvement. Provide technical support to resolve production challenges and enhance workplace safety. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. One (1) year of internship or co-op experience in a manufacturing environment Relocation assistance will be provided for candidates that live outside a 50-mile radius of Jonesville, SC. Engineering degree preferred. Experience utilizing Computer Aided Drafting programs Self-motivating and acts in an ethical and truthful manner Broad analytical skills and business acumen
