JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will support the design, implementation, and improvement of manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain quality standards. This is an exciting opportunity for recent engineering graduates to apply academic knowledge in a hands-on, fast-paced production environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
• Internship or co-op experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting (preferred but not required)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and quality tools (e.g., FMEA, Root Cause Analysis)
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

• Assist with the development and optimization of manufacturing processes and workflows
• Support daily production operations and troubleshoot manufacturing issues
• Analyze production data and suggest improvements for efficiency and quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, quality, and maintenance
• Create and update process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures
• Assist in the implementation of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support new product introductions and process validations
• Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards
