Located in Ogden, Utah, ENVE Composites is a manufacturer of handmade carbon fiber bicycle rims, components, and bikes. The Perks: Level I - $65k-$75k (experience requirements below) Level II - $75k-$85k (experience requirements below) Amazing benefits (listed below) Awesome industry deals Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Drive continuous improvement as both a leader and team member. Collaborate with production employees to implement process enhancements. Establish and execute annual tactical plans. Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for New Product Introduction (NPI). Drive process and fixture improvements. Champion a culture of safety by leading root cause analyses of safety incidents. Address complex technical issues using structured problem-solving framework. Required experience: Level I – bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field. Practical manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. Level II - bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field. 3+ years manufacturing experience and 1+ year experience in composites.
