Are you ready to Be The Piece? AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job) Optimize machining parameters to improve cycle time, tool life, and part quality. Troubleshoot machining issues including tool wear, dimensional deviations, and machine capability. Support fixture design, tool selection, and machining process documentation. Perform first article inspections, capability studies, and dimensional analysis. Develop validation protocols for equipment, processes, and tooling. Execute Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ) activities. Document results, deviations, and corrective actions in compliance with regulatory and internal standards. Support risk assessments, FMEA updates, and process control plans. Lead or support cost‑saving initiatives aligned with annual targets. Identify opportunities in cycle time reduction, scrap reduction, tooling optimization, and process automation. Develop business cases, savings calculations, and implementation plans. Track progress and report result to leadership. WHO WE ARE: We are a Service Provider company different from the rest.
