Description
Perform new or updated layout drawings to support plant engineering and maintenance projects Advise plant team on layout standards to support Global Ford Production System and Manufacturing Engineering requirements (safety, ergonomics, flow, etc.) Support efforts to improve organization of Sterling's files within Vault Provide support for Plant Innovation projects within the realm of 3D Printing, Digitalization, Analytics, and others. Support other plant DMAIC projects Established and active employee resource groups High School Diploma or GED 1 year experience working in a manufacturing environment Work well in a team setting Proficient at creating 2D plant layout drawings Effective at leading and facilitating Bachelor of Science / Engineering 3+ years experience working in a manufacturing environment Excellent communication Innovative and Continuous Improvement Mindset https://fordcareers.co/GSRnon-HTHD This position is a salary grade 6, 7 or 8. Responsibilities
