Our client located in the Northwest Suburbs of Minneapolis is looking to add a couple Manufacturing Engineer’s to the team due to huge growth. One of the positions will be more focused on large structures, process improvement and processes. The other position will more focus on powder coating, paint line processes, process improvements. • Solid manufacturing engineering skills
• Bachelor’s Degree Manufacturing or Similar
• AutoCAD/3D modeling. (SolidWorks)
• Lean Manufacturing
• Six Sigma
• Project management
• Problem-solving
• 3+ year’s experience
• Knowledgeable about metal fabrication and assembly processes. (brakes, laser, turret operations, assembly and wiring) For one of the positions.
• Experience as a Manufacturing Engineer with Large assembly/structure process.
• Experience with powder coating, paint line processes, process improvements, etc . (For the other position)

· Visa sponsorship- Not authorized for these positions now or in the future.
· Relocation Package is not available for these positions
· Must be able to pass drug screening and criminal background check.
· Annual Salary Rate: $80,000 to $110,000 (DOE), 4 weeks PTO to start (Pro Rated on when you start) plus outstanding benefits program and other perks.
