Description

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

  • You’ve earned trust as a go-to problem solver for the floor team.
  • You’re seen by engineering as an extension of their thinking — with a sharp eye for how designs become reality.
  • You’ve improved quality, reduced errors, and helped define processes that set the standard as the facility grows.
  • You’ve made the work smoother for people around you — and they’re glad you’re here.
Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Manufacturing Engineer at our new Henderson facility, you’ll be at the crossroads of product innovation and real-world execution. You’ll work side by side with production staff, translating engineering intent into buildable processes, sometimes for products fresh out of beta. You’ll help shape how our machines are built and how our team operates, all while ensuring quality, efficiency, and strong technical leadership on the floor.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and refine manufacturing processes that support the assembly of complex mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Act as the liaison between design engineering and assembly operations.
  • Collaborate with technicians and leads to solve problems, streamline work, and train on new builds.
  • Interpret engineering drawings and translate them into clear, visual work instructions.
  • Design and improve floor layouts using lean principles to boost efficiency and clarity.
  • Provide input during early product launches to identify manufacturability issues and propose design-for-assembly feedback.
  • Communicate with Taiwan-based suppliers regarding project requirements and resolution of build issues.
  • Pitch in hands-on when necessary, from building subassemblies to wiring panels, to meet production goals and demonstrate leadership.
