You will support our team as

Responsibilities
  • Get hands-on in solving real manufacturing challenges — using structured problem-solving tools and working with experienced engineers to implement lasting solutions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects by learning and applying Lean and Six Sigma principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Support quality and compliance activities in a regulated manufacturing environment, gaining experience with key systems like GMP, NCR, and CAPA.
  • Help improve production flow by creating and updating standardised work instructions, and ensuring inspection and product requirements are clearly met.
  • Assist in validation activities for new equipment and processes — learning how to plan, document, and execute successful validations.
  • Work with data to identify trends and improvement opportunities using OEE metrics like yield, uptime, and performance.
  • Get involved in designing simple tools, jigs, or fixtures that support the production team and improve day-to-day operations.
  • Collaborate with EHS and other teams to assess new equipment or materials and ensure they meet safety and environmental standards.
