Cross function project coordinator:

• You are the “production” SPOC for projects related to equipment, facilities, NPI and global implementation;
• You are the gate keeper to ensure production feasibility of these projects;
• You will work in close collaboration with other departments (product management, supply chain, quality, sales project managers, manufacturing engineering, R&D, VSE, DBSL, etc.) and with frequent global interactions to make these projects a success.

Improve performances:

• You provide support to production escalations in respect to Safety, Quality, Productivity, Materials, and all other relevant aspects of manufacturing from Manufacturing Engineer I and Production Supervisors.
• You are a driver for improvements through DBS tools (PSP, kaizen, DM) in order to get higher performances in SQDIP metrics and site performances

Other:

• You are the subject matter specialist and mentor for the “manufacturing engineer I” in respect to trouble-shooting;
• You are responsible to perform audits with external customers;
• You are performing internal audits related to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
