In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new or improved manufacturing processes, driving efficiency and quality improvements across our production facilities.Analyze, develop, and recommend design approaches to meet production requirements for new or improved products and processesCreate and coordinate the implementation of manufacturing process improvementsConduct feasibility studies and introduce designs and drawings to the Manufacturing teamDevelop and optimize CNC programs for manufacturing operationsAnalyze existing operating methods and initiate new approaches to enhance economy and qualityCoordinate prototype drawings for products or processes with necessary support personnelCollaborate with process associates to address concerns regarding processes, safety, and equipmentProvide daily support to manufacturing operations, including troubleshooting equipment and generating programs as neededAssist in layout changes and equipment moves for existing or new equipment introductionsSupport and develop the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) process in productionEvaluate and justify new equipment and process needsApply lean manufacturing tools to troubleshoot and support productionParticipate in cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiativesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related fieldRecent graduates and experienced professionals are encouraged to applyEquivalent combinations of education, internships, co-ops, or professional experience will be considered0–7 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, operations, or related technical rolesExperience in a manufacturing environment preferred; internships, co-ops, and academic projects may count toward experienceWorking knowledge of 2D AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Exposure to manufacturing processes, CNC programming, automation, or industrial systemsFamiliarity with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and quality principlesStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to manage priorities and contribute to multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentUnderstanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control conceptsExperience or interest in process optimization, equipment justification, and technical improvement initiativesAwareness of industry safety standards and regulationsExcellent communication skills, including listening, verbal, written, and presentation abilitiesAbility to work independently and collaboratively across engineering, operations, and quality teamsStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyAdaptability and willingness to learn in a dynamic manufacturing environmentContinuous improvement mindset and curiosity to develop technical and business expertiseAdditional InformationEqual Employment OpportunityMasterBrand Cabinets LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
