Your Mission: Under direct supervision, the Intern will support various operational and engineering functions by executing tasks related to process mapping, reporting, schedule updates, and other items/tasks as assigned. Explore the Depth of the Role: Assist with process mapping across manufacturing workflows and operations. Generate and maintain reports to support production and planning teams. Update manual schedules for operational visibility and alignment. Support the development, deployment, and ongoing management of an interim scheduling process to cover current system gaps (IFS Scheduling). Participate in other department initiatives or projects. All other duties assigned. Requirements Mission Readiness: Currently enrolled in an Engineering or related technical program from an accredited college, university or technical school. Academic focus in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering preferred. Completing relevant coursework in systems, processes, or CAD is a plus. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Familiarity with Excel and data entry/reporting tools. Willingness to learn new systems and processes quickly. Comfortable collaboration with cross-functional teams. Physical Requirements: May be required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop or kneel regularly.
