As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a versatile Manufacturing Engineer to join our team and help drive efficiency, innovation, and quality across our operations.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to lead continuous improvement initiatives in our manufacturing and assembly processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing new towing accessories and optimizing production workflows while maintaining high standards of quality and cost-efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of hands-on manufacturing or industrial engineering experience
  • Proficient in CAD design software (SolidWorks strongly preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively
  • Familiarity with automation/robotics implementation is a plus
  • Versatile, self-directed, and eager to contribute to a growing company
Responsibilities
  • Analyze product structures and manufacturing processes to identify and eliminate inefficiencies
  • Design and develop new hitches and towing products in collaboration with our skilled workforce
  • Create detailed product drawings and designs using CAD (SolidWorks preferred)
  • Establish efficient material handling and assembly flows
  • Implement and maintain manufacturing process controls
  • Research, select, and implement new equipment and tooling to enhance production
  • Lead or support the adoption of automation and robotics for improved efficiency
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and quality assurance procedures
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers on product and process development
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement root cause solutions
  • Train equipment operators and provide technical support as needed
  • Create and update Bills of Materials (BOMs) and product manuals
  • Assist with supplier onboarding and third-party production coordination
  • All other duties as assigned
