Position Summary The Lead Manufacturing Engineer leads manufacturing engineering, tooling, automation, and supplier quality efforts to support efficient, safe, and reliable production. This role works closely with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and global suppliers to improve processes, support new product launches, and ensure production readiness. Key Responsibilities Own and maintain BOMs, routings, and engineering changes across all product lines. Drive continuous improvement through standard work, SOPs, and process optimization. Lead production line layout and workflow improvements. Support New Product Introductions (NPI) from concept through production launch. Manage mold, fixture, and tooling operations, including maintenance and new development. Serve as the technical and quality liaison with overseas tooling and manufacturing suppliers. Lead automation and robotics programming, troubleshooting, and optimization. Ensure compliance with OSHA, UL, and environmental regulations. Promote a strong safety culture and ensure required training is completed. Act as the internal Epicor Kinetic expert for manufacturing and engineering functions.
