SUMMARY Responsible for product drawing review, tooling arrangement, tooling development, process splitting, product and tooling quotation, components confirmation, trial production, testing and production process follow-up and improvement, ensure projects can on time on shelf with cost & quality fulfilled. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Review the overall product structure and detailed design of components. Responsible for communicating structural design issues and technical support. Follow up and improvement of products Process analysis and splitting. Formulate production fixture. Formulate product BOM. Formulate product SOP Leading the sample of product production. Participate in ERP data input and maintenance. Product trial production, testing, sign the sample and transfer, mass production follow-up. Calculation and quotation of initial working hours for new products Maintain product development schedule to ensure every milestone can happen on time Lead product development to ensure every issue happens in every status. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Familiar with AutoCAD、Solidworks、PRO/E, Microsoft office Familiar with hardware and assembly process. Be provided with the concept of continuous improvement and innovation. At least 5 years project development experience in toy industry。 EDUCATION & SKILLS (COMPUTER/TECHNICAL SKILLS) Good command of read and written English. Have a certain ability to analyze and deal with problems. Familiar with production process of product design. Education above junior college level. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS When carrying out this task, we need to stand or sit up, have flexible hands and feet, and have normal listening and speaking ability. The ability of color judgment is needed. The color blind and the weak are not suitable for this work. WORK ENVIRONMENT General factory working environment.
