onsemi is seeking a Lead Engineer at the Nampa onsemi fab is the on-shift engineering leadership/supervisor for CFA and Probe engineering and technician teams that support manufacture of CMOS Image Sensors.  Each shift has a Lead Engineer who is responsible for managing the technicians and engineers on their shift, ensuring the work environment is safe, ensuring their team follows safety policies and guidelines, and ensuring maintenance activities are completed per plan.  This means that job assignments for the activities on their shift are properly assigned and supported by qualified technicians and engineers.  onsemi (Nasdaq: ON) is driving disruptive innovations to help build a better future.
