QUALIFICATIONS

• More than 3 years’ experience in a similar role in the industry sector.
• Familiarity with manufacturing operations
• Excellent planning and organization skills
• ERP system knowledge is a plus
• Continuous improvement tools knowledge
• Must be proficient in MS Office software
• Very good written and verbal communication skills both in French and English. Any other language is considered as an advantage.

YOUR ROLE

As Manufacturing Engineer, your role is to assist the Head of Production in planning and performing production related activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create Work Instructions, Check lists requested to ensure all manufacturing operations are under control
• Maintain documentation up to date
• Implement tools to track daily production activities
• Enter and maintain operational data in company ERP system and SharePoint.
• Identify production issues, analyze root causes and derive resolutions.
• Perform inventory management and report warehouse status to the Head of Production.
• Develop production plan and schedule to ensure continuous manufacturing operations.
• Define and organize job trainings for production employees.
• Support and promote process improvement initiatives
• Work with the warehouse manager to avoid downtime and delay.
• Work on the definition and follow of KPIs
• Work with the Head of Production on budget preparation and analysis
