Across our global network, more than 2,800 people work together to transform ideas into reliable electronic systems. Job Description Collecting and integrating data from MES/SCADA and ERP systems. Analyzing production performance (OEE, yield, defects). Creating reports and dashboards (Power BI, Excel). Supporting Industry 4.0 and digitalization initiatives. Supporting the preparation of documentation required for audits (internal/external). Define and update the layout in AutoCAD. Manage cycle time data base and improve constantly. Provides and realizes ongoing engineering support during NPI to ensure efficient manufacturing execution. Provides 2nd level support for technical manufacturing problems in series production. Together with the Industrial Project Manager, the Manufacturing/Process Engineer integrates requirements for production and supports logistics, testing and quality control. Ensures the “built in Quality” in the manufacturing process and optimizes continuously based on feedback from RMA and non conformances in close cooperation with the technical specialists. Applies lean principles in the design and realization of the production process. Qualifications University – Bachelor's degree in engineering - electronics, electromechanics it is a plus Proven track record in a similar position English – Advanced / Intermediate MS Office Package SAP knowledge in this field of expertise Good communication and organization skills Strong attitude for teamwork, interpersonal skills and problem-solving Project management experience Additional Information Flat hierarchies, direct communication, and a backbone of integrity, courage, responsibility.
