POSITION OVERVIEW

Aubin Woodworking is seeking a highly skilled and process-driven Manufacturing Engineer & Manager to lead and optimize our custom millwork production operations. This role is pivotal in bridging engineering and production, driving lean manufacturing initiatives, and ensuring seamless execution of internal customer (Project Manager) requirements. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in custom fabrication, process engineering, and team leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience implementing lean manufacturing systems and measurable process improvements
• Strong understanding of woodworking machinery, materials, and fabrication techniques
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and ERP systems
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
