Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it. 一、岗位概述负责油漆/涂装工艺的开发、优化、维护与持续改善，确保生产过程稳定、质量达标、成本可控，并符合安全及环保要求。该岗位需要提供专业技术支持，解决生产中的油漆工艺问题，推动新项目导入和产线效率提升。二、主要职责 1. 工艺开发与优化负责油漆工艺（前处理、喷涂、固化等）开发、优化与标准化。制定和维护关键工艺参数（KPP/KPC），确保产品品质稳定。开展工艺能力分析与改善，提高 CP/CPK。进行材料评估，包括油漆、溶剂、助剂及相关辅料。 2. 生产支持日常支援生产，处理油漆外观缺陷（桔皮、流挂、鱼眼、颗粒、色差等）。推动油漆异常分析（8D/5Why），制定并跟进纠正预防措施。与生产、质量、设备等部门紧密协作，确保产线稳定运行。 3. 设备与工装管理参与油漆产线设备的导入、调试、验收。优化喷枪、喷房、烘烤炉、空气系统等设备的工艺参数。支持制定设备 PM 要求，协同设备团队提升设备稼动率（OEE）。 4. 质量与合规确保工艺符合内外部质量标准（膜厚、光泽、附着力等）。推进涂装质量改善项目，降低不良率。遵守 EHS 要求，包括 VOC 管控、化学品安全和废料处理规范。 5. 文档与培训建立并维护工艺文件：PFMEA、Control Plan、WI、SOP 等。培训操作员和技术员，确保工艺纪律落实。支持 NPI 项目的工艺准备及试产跟进。 6. 持续改善与成本优化推动 LEAN/Kaizen 改善，提高效率、降低成本。规划并推动油漆材料（油漆/溶剂）消耗改善项目。优化工艺节拍，提升生产效率。三、任职要求 1. 教育背景本科及以上学历，机械、化学、材料、制造工程等相关专业。 2. 工作经验 2–5 年以上涂装/油漆工艺相关经验。有汽车零部件、塑胶、金属件涂装或自动化喷涂线经验者优先。熟悉油漆化学特性及表面处理技术者加分。 3. 技能要求熟悉油漆喷涂工艺和设备，包括机器人喷涂、手动喷涂和粉末涂装等。掌握 DOE、SPC、FMEA 等工程工具，具备数据分析能力。熟悉 ISO/TS16949 或类似质量体系。良好的沟通能力和跨部门协作能力。较强英语听说读写能力者优先。 4. 其他要求能适应现场工作环境，并在需要时支持倒班。对安全、环保有较强意识。具备项目管理能力者优先。 Posting Dates: 四月 23, 2026 - 四月 30, 2026 Caterpillar is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
