QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role (internships included).
• Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement techniques.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes and workflows.
• Analyse production data and identify areas for process improvement.
• Implement lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Develop and maintain process documentation (e.g., work instructions, PFMEAs, control plans).
• Support new product introduction and coordinate with R&D, quality, and production teams.
• Evaluate and implement new tools, fixtures, and technologies to improve productivity.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely engineering support.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
