Compensation: $70,000k - $80,000
The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for providing necessary support to Production in the manufacture and inspection of high precision products. This individual will work with employees from all departments to ensure the highest possible quality, maximize schedule attainment, and improve product flow.

• Review product designs for manufacturability, including tolerances, quality, and cost considerations
• Define manufacturing processes for components and assemblies
• Determine fixture and gage requirements; design or source tools as needed
• Create process routings and Bills of Materials (BOMs) in the ERP system
• Review Engineering Change Orders and update documentation accordingly
• Collaborate with engineers, QC, supervisors, and operators to boost productivity and quality
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions related to quality issues
