Develop, implement, and sustain manufacturing and assembly processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Create, maintain, and update process documentation in compliance with company standards. Prepare, revise, and manage Work Instructions using applicable software tools (e.g., Isodraw, Teamcenter). Lead and implement Change Management processes (DCR). Validate products and provide appropriate technical disposition when required. Support quality initiatives by applying control tools (PFMEA, SPC, Root Cause Analysis, etc.). Design, introduce, and validate tooling and fixtures to improve production capability and operator ergonomics. Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Design, and Operations teams to support New Product Introduction (NPI) and continuous improvement initiatives. Adheres to and participates in all EH&S practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field). Experience with Insert products (preferred). Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or JDE. Familiarity with Change Management Systems (e.g., DCR). Skilled in Work Instruction creation using tools like Isodraw and Teamcenter. Strong understanding of PFMEA, SPC, and Procerts methodologies. Hands-on experience with Root Cause Analysis and Reliability Growth Analysis (RGA). Proficient in GD&T and engineering drawing interpretation. Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives.
