REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Degree and above in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years of experience in CNC Machining, preferably in Semicon Industry
• Strong Experience in Six Sigma,Lean Manufacturing and PMP

• Develop and enhance CNC machining processes for efficiency and precision
• Optimize workflows to reduce cycle time and improve throughput
• Create CNC programs using CAD/CAM (2D & 3D) and ensure high-precision tolerances
• Work with Sales and Design teams on customer requirements and production feasibility
• Support production routing, costing, and KPI improvement
• Improve yield performance and promote continuous improvement (Kaizen)
• Support QA in resolving customer complaints and driving process enhancements.
• Identify and implement improvements to reduce scrap, boost productivity, and increase machine utilization
• Validate design feasibility (DFM) and lead projects from concept to completion within deadlines
• Follow safety protocols and maintain 8S workplace standards
