What You Will Do Develop Manufacturing Data Packages (MDPs) including assembly instructions, workflow/routing, labor standards, tool, and fixture designs. Support daily manufacturing areas with process troubleshooting, incorporation of engineering changes into the MDP. Disposition non-conforming material with root cause and corrective action analysis as required. Drive Continuous Improvement through process improvements to improve cycle time, reduce ergonomic risk to assemblers, automate, reduce costs (both direct and indirect) using CORE principles and data driven decision making. Provide real-time technical support to manufacturers and fabricators; in-house as well as the supply base. Tool/fixture development to drive ergonomics into processes. Lead corrective action investigations to prevent recurrence. Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) degree or a minimum of 1 years’ prior relevant experience The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. The salary range for this role is 62,900 USD - 119,700 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
