REQUIREMENTS

• Proficient in manufacturing ERP systems, including routing and BOM structuring.
• Strong understanding of GD&T and DFM principles.
• Solid experience in CNC machining, managing tight tolerances, and ensuring precision.
• Skilled in troubleshooting machining challenges (surface finish, tool wear, tolerance issues) using root cause analysis tools such as 5 Whys and Fishbone diagrams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify process bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Manufacturing Engineer to join our semiconductor production team. This role will focus on enhancing manufacturing processes, ensuring quality standards, reducing costs, and validating Design for Manufacturability (DFM) feasibility.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, improve, and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and consistency.
• Drive quality assurance initiatives, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead cost reduction and productivity improvement projects.
• Assess and validate DFM requirements for new designs.
