We are looking for a talented Manufacturing Engineer – Senior to join our team specializing in manufacturing for our Cummins’ business in North Charleston, SC. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Drive Project Success Lead end-to-end execution of manufacturing projects, ensuring safety, quality, and business objectives are consistently met. Optimize Processes Apply advanced manufacturing principles to improve equipment performance and streamline processes for greater efficiency. Champion Continuous Improvement Utilize tools like Six Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen to identify opportunities for improvement and implement sustainable solutions. Establish Standards Develop and enforce manufacturing standards and working methods aligned with Cummins’ global practices. Influence Stakeholders Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with external partners, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to align goals and priorities. Leverage Expertise Bring deep knowledge of manufacturing principles to guide decision-making and mentor others on best practices. Collaborate Across Resources Coordinate internal and external resources to deliver on complex project assignments with precision and accountability.
