Job Summary
Supporting the Process/Manufacturing engineering department of the Netherlands service center site expansion, as well as the onboarding of additional volumes and products into the scope of the Service team, continuous improvement, and other duties associated with engineering support of servicing capital devices. Flexible and open-minded person, who is able and willing to take on a variety of tasks and activities to support the Service & Repair Manager and his team in terms of administrative and management matters.
Duties & Responsibilities:
o Responsible for designing, developing and/or implementing new or revised servicing processes for the efficient/economical production of goods.
o Supports and executes Computer System Validation (CSV) and/or process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) processes to ensure calibrated and validated equipment can be used in a compliant way.
o Supporting Service and Repair process projects for Capital Medical devices.
o Provides technical support regarding equipment design and development, testing of materials, preparation of specifications and operator instructions, process studies, investigations, root cause analysis, problem solving and report or presentation preparation.
o Performs assignments designed to continue the development of professional work knowledge and abilities requiring application of standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria in carrying out a sequence of related engineering tasks, project management, statistical analysis and presentation of data and technical writing.
