Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Highly skilled manufacturing or industrial engineers with 12+ years of experience.
  • Experienced with process development and done manufacturing site audits.
  • Executed cost and quality improvement projects, yield and throughput improvements etc.,
  • Conducted studies to characterize new manufacturing process.
  • Assess manufacturing sites and come up with process improvements plan and associates’ cost.
  • Developed manufacturing capabilities using statistical analysis.
  • New product innovation and supply chain.
  • Manufacturing line/site transfer and process change.
  • Six sigma certification will be added advantage.
  • Manufacturing Data gathering and perform statistical analysis (Minitab).
  • Manufacturing Procedure Documents.
  • Reviewing technical work instructions, drawings, and good documentation practices.
  • Client PLM knowledge (Map Agile Follow-up).
