EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

· Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Manufacturing Engineer, Mechanical engineering or another technical or engineering discipline. 8 or more years related experience required.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

· Computer skills: MS365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.)
· Excellent interpersonal skills are required to deal with sensitive issues, develop others, or persuade others inside and outside the department to take specific actions.
· Experience with Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma.
· Previous experience evaluating processes and technical solutions.
· Computer skills: PowerBi, Power Automate, Visio, MS Access

SOFT SKILLS

· Creativity, verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem-solving ability.
· Team player and detail oriented.
· Displays attributes of a critical thinker and leverages innovative ideas.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $40.71 - $43.00 per hour
