Are you ready to launch your engineering career on the production floor? Advanced Exhaust Solutions is seeking a motivated Manufacturing Engineering Technician to support our growing operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a technical or engineering background who’s eager to apply their skills in a real-world manufacturing environment — especially if you have experience or interest in metal fabrication.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn by doing — working closely with engineers, production staff, and operations teams to improve processes and support daily manufacturing.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field)
  • Experience in a metal manufacturing or fabrication environment is a plus
  • Strong interest in manufacturing, operations, and process improvement
  • Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and quality concepts
  • Familiarity with CAD or technical drawings is a plus
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Assist with process improvement projects, equipment setup, and production support
  • Help troubleshoot manufacturing issues and work closely with operators to identify root causes
  • Support the introduction of new products and manufacturing methods
  • Maintain documentation for work instructions, equipment settings, and process changes
  • Observe and analyze production activities to recommend improvements
  • Participate in quality and safety checks, and support lean manufacturing efforts

THIS ROLE IS RIGHT FOR YOU IF YOU:

  • Are comfortable spending much of your time on the production floor
  • Want to apply your education in a real-world manufacturing environment
  • Enjoy problem-solving, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Are hands-on, curious, and willing to learn on the job
