QUALIFICATIONS

· 2+ years of experience in industrial engineering, preferably within the aerospace manufacturing industry.
· Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
· Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering design tools.
· Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing execution systems.
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
· Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and process improvement.
