YOUR ROLE WITH THE COMPANY

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll support technical activities at the Canton plant—resolving process issues, improving manufacturing efficiency, and applying lean practices. You’ll drive improvements in product quality, reduce costs, and ensure manufacturability. This is a hands-on, high-impact contract role with direct hire potential after 6 or 12 months.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Troubleshoot design, material, or process issues.
• Improve processes and reduce costs using lean methods.
• Support and train production staff on equipment and procedures.
• Analyze failures and recommend design/process changes.
• Review designs for manufacturability and document procedures.
• Supervise technical staff and communicate across departments.
• Install and maintain production equipment; ensure quality standards.
