Description

We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. This role will be responsible for designing, improving, and supporting manufacturing processes to drive efficiency, quality, and cost savings. The Manufacturing Engineer will work closely with operators, maintenance, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production flow and successful project execution.

Schedule: Full-time
Pay Rate: $85,000–$100,000 annually

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Industrial or Mechanical)
*
Minimum of 3 years of prior Manufacturing Engineering experience
*
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
*
Experience with 2D/3D CAD Software (AutoCAD or SolidWorks preferred)
*
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues on the production floor
*
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
*
Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
*
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Responsibilities

Design and improve processes for stamping presses and related equipment

Troubleshoot and resolve issues such as defective parts, machine jams, and material waste
*
Develop cost-saving initiatives by improving production speed, efficiency, and scrap reduction
*
Ensure stamped parts meet customer and quality standards
*
Provide technical guidance, training, and clear instructions to press operators
*
Support cross-functional teams with new product development and packaging design
*
Generate and maintain product drawings, documentation, and standardized processes
*
Lead and participate in factory automation projects and equipment changes
*
Perform capacity analysis and recommend equipment investments as needed
*
Champion continuous improvement of layouts, methods, and processes to maximize plant efficiencies
