Description
We are now looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Nove Mesto, Slovakia! As Manufacturing Engineer you will be responsible for development, evaluation, and improvement of manufacturing methods using knowledge of product design, materials, and components, as well as preparation of processes, tools, production equipment, and assembly methods according to the lean manufacturing concept. What kind of work will you be doing? Ensuring the availability of specific required documentation for pre-series and special production. Preparing production documentation necessary for product manufacturing (new projects, prototypes, and assembly). Improving existing operations, including the introduction of new methods and procedures. Identifying ways to reduce production costs and resolving technical issues in manufacturing. Collaborating with technical and other departments to prepare cost estimates for new projects and their improvement. Participating in the procurement and design of handling and manufacturing equipment for production. Actively participating (together with the Lean Supervisor) in lean projects focused on eliminating waste. What we can offer: Annual Wage Increase. Christmas bonus 100% of the basic salary. What we expect: University degree in electrical or electronic engineering 1 year of experience in the field of electrical engineering English - fluent in both spoken and written communication Innovative thinking Good knowledge of CAD/CAM systems Understanding of manufacturing processes, particularly those related to Lean Manufacturing Ability to read and create electrical documentation Teamwork ability, accuracy and precision in drawing and in general, practicality #LI-LJ1
Responsibilities
The Manufacturing Engineer will develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods while ensuring the availability of necessary documentation for production. They will also collaborate with various departments to prepare cost estimates and participate in lean projects focused on waste elimination.
