Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Engineering students to join our team as a Manufacturing Engineering Co-op from January - August 2026.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Support Greenheck Production System (GPS) including: Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Design for Excellence and Maintenance Excellence.
  • Improve manufacturing efficiency by improving work methods, labor standards, material flow, and routings.
  • Work with shop floor personnel and design engineers to decrease costs, increase production, reduce waste and refine product design.
  • Develop standard operating procedures (SOP’s) for various manufacturing processes.
  • Provide analysis data to procure new or upgrade equipment and tooling to achieve maximum capacity, productivity, and cost reduction.

What You Should Have:

  • Enrollment in a related bachelor’s degree program and on track to graduate in the next 2 years or less.
  • Interest in manufacturing and computer systems.
  • 3D modelling software experience will be a plus
  • Experience working with basic hand tools

Compensation and Benefits:
Greenheck Group takes pride in providing competitive pay. The starting base pay range for this position is $23/hour - $27/hour and may vary based type of position and school seniority.
