Requirements for the role: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, systems, and technology. Familiarity with CAD/CAM software for design and manufacturing purposes. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and quality control processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply engineering principles to solve manufacturing challenges. Ability to participate in the development, evaluation, and improvement of manufacturing methods. Good organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and contributing to project teams. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, for collaborating with cross-functional teams. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and methodologies in manufacturing engineering.
