JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a seasoned Manufacturing Engineering Manager with over 15 years of experience to lead our Calgary-based team in delivering high-performance HVAC systems for data center applications. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on engineering expertise to drive operational excellence and client satisfaction for Modine.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, including 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in HVAC systems or thermal management technologies.
• Strong foundation in lean manufacturing and throughput optimization.
• Hands-on experience or oversight in fixture design and tooling.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Experience with data center infrastructure or mission-critical cooling systems.
• Familiarity with Modine products or prior collaboration with Modine.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with global teams, including engineering support from India
