· Manage the design and rollout of manufacturing processes that support product integrity and cost control.
· Ensure effective collaboration between engineering and production teams.
· Lead the development and integration of manufacturing equipment and tools.
· Coordinate cross-functional project teams from planning through execution.
· Provide updates on project timelines, risks, and progress to stakeholders.
· Partner with internal departments to ensure products meet reliability, customer, and regulatory standards.
· Build expertise in plant operations and support product launches and ongoing improvements.
· Stay informed on new materials and manufacturing technologies relevant to company operations.
· Oversee facility operations, including staff, systems, and procedures for optimal performance.
· Direct maintenance of building infrastructure, including mechanical, electrical, fire safety, plumbing, and waste systems.
· Support environmental initiatives in line with ISO 14001 during process development and enhancement.
· Promote and maintain a safe working environment across all plant operations.
