ABOUT THE JOB:

Lead the development, optimization, and scaling of manufacturing and test processes for complex electronics used in industrial and semiconductor equipment. This role oversees a high-performing team, supports production, and ensures smooth transitions to contract manufacturing.

• Develop and document manufacturing and test processes
• Troubleshoot daily production issues and drive quality improvements
• Lead pilot builds and scale processes for volume production
• Collaborate on test strategy and equipment qualification
• Transfer processes and equipment to external contract manufacturers
• Implement Lean and Six Sigma practices to improve yield, cost, and throughput
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement across operations
