Description
Based on the responsibilities and requirements of the Production Equipment Department, establish and improve various management systems for the factory's UPS electrical testing equipment; manage and introduce new UPS pilot-scale products, and match and upgrade equipment to meet production testing needs; upgrade equipment with automation and digital technologies to improve safety, quality, and efficiency; manage and maintain production tooling, instruments, and testing equipment within the jurisdiction, reduce downtime due to tooling, instruments, and testing equipment failures, improve utilization rates, and ensure smooth production. Job Responsibilities: 1. Equipment Management: Upgrading or self-manufacturing/importing testing equipment, TPM maintenance plans, usage specifications, platform/product data organization and analysis, and achieving MTTR targets; 2. Equipment Fault Maintenance: Handling test anomalies, functional and circuit-level troubleshooting, and troubleshooting related program issues; 3. Equipment Construction and Upgrade: Leading the introduction and verification acceptance of external testing equipment, upgrading functions according to requirements, and designing and constructing some equipment independently; 4. Product Pilot Testing: Reviewing and verifying new product testing resources, and cooperating with R&D for testing and debugging; 5. Daily work arrangements and skills training for technicians. Job Requirements: 1. Major in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields; 2. Solid foundation in analog electronics and circuits, electrical principles, strong logical thinking ability, and some understanding of digital electronics and programming; 3. Prior experience in circuit design, white-box testing, and power supply industry development or maintenance is preferred; 4. Obedient to assignments, strong sense of responsibility, and able to respond promptly to issues in the assigned area; 5. Bachelor's degree or above; Work Authorization No calls or agencies please.
