• Professional leadership of a small team that takes responsibility for the establishment of process digitalization methods and tools for the manufacturing engineering team
• Value stream mapping/ process landscape of the entire production flow
• Establishment of the planning software DELMIA
• Building up of the required SAP processes
• Development of a system of predetermined time studies such as MTM
• Establishment of a Deutsche Aircraft production system
• Support in setting up an end-to-end product delivery process
• Build up lean philosophy within the manufacturing engineering team
