Description

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: * Lead and develop a team of Manufacturing Engineers to provide effective technical support to Operations and drive manufacturing excellence. * Partner closely with Operations, Quality, Machining, Welding, and cross-functional teams to resolve technical and production challenges. * Drive product localization initiatives, ensuring successful technology transfer, process capability enhancement, and operational readiness. * Lead continuous improvement, productivity enhancement, and cost reduction projects to improve manufacturing performance. * Monitor and analyze key manufacturing metrics such as yield, cycle time, downtime, and quality performance to identify improvement opportunities. * Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and product transfer activities by collaborating with regional Manufacturing Engineering teams. * Lead root cause investigations and implement effective corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality and operational efficiency. * Develop manufacturing processes, procedures, fixtures, and tooling solutions that support safe, efficient, and high-quality production. * Provide technical coaching, training, and development opportunities to strengthen engineering and operations capabilities. * Promote a strong safety culture and support site Environmental, Safety & Health (ESH) initiatives. Who You Are: You are a hands-on engineering leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You are passionate about solving complex technical challenges, developing people, and driving continuous improvement. You effectively collaborate across functions, make sound decisions, and lead teams toward achieving operational excellence. For This Role, You Will Need: * Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering. * Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering environment, preferably within control valve, industrial equipment, or precision manufacturing industries. * Minimum 2 years of people management or team leadership experience. * Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, assembly operations, engineering documentation, and process development. * Experience performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and manufacturing documentation. * Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management capabilities. Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: * Experience in control valve manufacturing and assembly processes. * Knowledge of GD&T, tolerance stack-up analysis, and measurement system analysis. * Hands-on experience with valve assembly, calibration, fixture design, and tooling development. * Experience supporting NPI, product transfers, and localization projects. * Demonstrated success in driving productivity, quality, and cost improvement initiatives. * Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Operational Excellence methodologies.
